These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual account holder and Orisbet in relation to the website, casino games, live dealer products, sportsbook, promotional offers, payment facilities, and related support services. References to “you”, “your”, or “player” mean the registered user. References to “we”, “us”, “our”, or “platform” mean Orisbet.

Funds must not originate from unlawful activity, unauthorised borrowing, or a third party. Orisbet may reject or return a deposit, request source-of-funds evidence, or restrict wagering while checks are completed. A payment shown as pending is not available for betting until successfully credited. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by banks, e-wallet operators, blockchain networks, maintenance, or inaccurate payment information supplied by you.

Each Orisbet promotion is governed by these Terms & Conditions and any campaign-specific rules displayed with the offer. Specific rules may include a minimum deposit, eligible payment methods, selected games or markets, wagering multipliers, game contribution percentages, expiry periods, maximum stakes, withdrawal caps, and minimum odds. Unless stated otherwise, one promotional benefit is allowed per person, household, shared address, payment source, device, or internet connection. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be edited or cancelled except where the applicable game rules permit it or where Orisbet identifies a manifest pricing, technical, or settlement error.

Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, Asian Handicap, live football, and Mix Parlay products, are settled using the official result and the market-specific rules available at the time of acceptance. Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant game system, certified random number generator, or live dealer procedure. If a game is interrupted, the provider record and published game rules determine whether the round stands, resumes, or is voided.

Obvious errors do not create an entitlement to an incorrect return. This includes materially inaccurate odds, duplicate credits, impossible market combinations, or outcomes recorded contrary to official results. Orisbet may correct an affected transaction and will use reasonable efforts to explain any material adjustment.

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient cleared balance, completed verification where required, fulfilled bonus wagering requirements, account limits, and a good-standing review. You must use Orisbet honestly and for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• fraud, identity misuse, money laundering, unauthorised payments, or chargeback abuse;
• collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, insider betting, or coordinated exploitation;
• bots, scripts, automated wagering software, scraping tools, or interference with website security;
• exploitation of software faults, interrupted rounds, incorrect odds, or payment processing errors;
• harassment of support staff, false documentation, or attempts to bypass account restrictions; and
• opening replacement or duplicate accounts during a suspension, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion.

Where Orisbet reasonably identifies prohibited conduct, it may investigate, suspend access, void affected wagers, recover incorrect credits, withhold disputed funds while reviewing the matter, close accounts, or cooperate with payment and regulatory authorities where legally required. Orisbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for material breach, security concerns, prohibited activity, false registration information, legal requirements, or protection of the player and platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orisbet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, loss of connectivity, missed betting opportunities, or reliance on general information.
